Our team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join us in a hybrid role that combines office administration with inside sales responsibilities.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Maintain and update customer records and databases.

Process orders and quotes, and follow up on sales inquiries and leads.

Support the sales team with inside sales activities and lead generation.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of services.

Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.

Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in office administration, sales, or a relevant role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
