We are looking for an office based Administrator to support our transport department. Working on a part time basis, the role is to cover for maternity leave, potentially up to 12 months, with potential to make permanent.

Working as part of a team this role involves general office administration duties, data input, liaison with carriers and other stakeholders.

**Responsibilities;**

Data Input on to Sage CRM system

Use of online portal booking systems

Assist with office administration tasks

Carrier liaison

Supporting operational functions across departments

Build colleague relationships

**Skills**

Good verbal and written communication skills

Professional telephone manner

Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills

Demonstrate a professional work ethic

Be flexible and adaptable to change

Hard working, with an outgoing personality and willing to learn

Proficient in IT & Microsoft Office Word / Excel / Outlook

Previous experience of working within a transport environment desirable

Own transport essential

Role offered is part time, core hours being 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday to cover maternity leave. Potential for permanent role.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
