**Logistics Administrator**
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in handling logistics for both local and international shipments and want to be part of a Globally operating company? As a vital member of the operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless despatching and invoicing processes for both UK and Export customers. This Huddersfield based new state of the art facility is easily accessible from the M62 and surrounding areas such as Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Wakefield
**Key Responsibilities of Logistics Administrator**:

- **Despatching and Invoicing**: Handle despatching and invoicing activities for both UK and Export customers. This includes checking the appropriate certification (EN Standard, Atex Cert & CE) for products.
- **Supplier and Customer Liaison**: Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain freight quotations for UK and Worldwide shipments. Coordinate with customers to organize freight collections.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Book collections for UK and Export deliveries using specific online platforms. Work closely with various departments to finalize UK shipments before despatch.
- **Operational Documentation**: Raise all necessary operational documentation according to shipping terms and legislation within the destination country.

**Requirements of the Logistics Administrator**:

- **Education**: GCSE Maths and English are essential. Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration is required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Word and Excel.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in shipping and export legislation is highly desirable.

**Salary Range for the Logistics Administrator**:
£27,246 - £32,815 per annum (Experience dependant)
**Flexi Hours for the Logistics Administrator**:
Start any time between 7am - 8:30 and then finish between 4pm-5:30pm depending on the department needs - on Fridays we work a set 8am - 13:45
