About the RoleAs a key member of our client interface, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service and administrative support.
This role involves navigating our planning system and customer relationship management systems to find information and provide prompt responses to clients' queries, investigating and resolving complaints, and reconciling products loaded vs. expected quantities.

- Investigate and resolve complaints, responding to telephone, email, and SMS inquiries accurately and professionally.
- Reconcile products loaded vs. expected quantities, ensuring accurate documentation of all communications.
- A strong background in administration and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel.
- Flexibility to work a shift pattern that covers mornings, evenings, and weekends, with ability to cover shifts when required.
