**This role will focus on**:

- Dispatching and Invoicing for both UK and Export customers from an inhouse bespoke IT system.
- Checking certification selected on the works order is appropriate for the product. (EN Standard, Atex Cert & CE)
- Completing Chamber of Commerce Attested Documents such as EUR1's and Certificates of Origin.
- Retrieving and Collating Proof of Export documentation, such as C88's, AWB, SWB and EX1's. for all shipments
- Supplier liaison to obtain freight quotations for UK and Worldwide shipments.
- Customer liaison to organize freight collections.
- Booking collections for UK and Export deliveries using online specific Webpages.
- Raising all the appropriate operational documentation that is applicable to the shipping terms and current legislation within the destination country.
- Checking and keeping up to date with all UK Trade Agreements.
- Liaising with other departments to finalise UK and Export shipments before dispatch.
- General Duties
- Filing Order Acknowledgments.
- Checking/Filing material certification against factory order.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience in Shipping and Export legislation is highly advantageous
- Experience working in a administrative role within a corporate environment.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- If you have a Level 2 NVQ Business Administration.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
