An amazing opportunity for an Administrator to join this professional and forward thinking company based centrally in Huddersfield. Offering amazing benefits they are seeking an administrator to be office based Monday - Friday supporting a busy team.
On a daily basis your daily to do list may look something like this;
- Supporting team members by updating information on various portals ensuring information is passed to team members promptly
- Uploading documents and information to bids to support your team
- Answer the telephone dealing with internal queries from your team and assisting them
- Diary organisation
- Update project sheets and other Excel spreadsheets accurately
- Assisting with any other administrative tasks.
You'll possess excellent attention to detail, have a pro-active can do attitude and enjoy supporting your team with administration.
Excellent office space, working with a great team. Ideally you will have gained some office experience but training will be given.
