Booking Coordinator

**About The Role**
- This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday) with a 37-hour week contract.
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams regarding customer issues, pricing, quotes, and resolving inquiries, including attending to drivers' needs.
- Listen attentively to customer feedback, striving for continuous improvement.
- Perform ad hoc office admin duties as required at our Private Medical Facility.

**Experience**
- Display a strong customer focus, always seeking to address their needs in a calm, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Possess keen attention to detail coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in verbal and written English, adept at communicating with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent research and organisational abilities.
**What We're Looking For**
- Substantial experience in planning, organising, and executing daily administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple and evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with office administrative and management practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- A team player who is adaptable, receptive to direction, and motivated to see responsibilities through to completion.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing effective working relationships with senior management.
- Exhibits tact, discretion, and diplomacy in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
