About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in St Albans. As a key member of the UK Marketing and Sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing UK activities, campaigns, and events.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking expenditure, and ensuring all invoices are processed through Finance on time.

You will also play a crucial role in the end-to-end management and coordination of all UK events and trials, including event bookings, stand management, paperwork, machine bookings, logistics, and cross-functional responsibility tracking.

In addition, you will lead on the organization of the UK's new showroom, ensuring bookings are managed, machines are functional, clean, and topped up, merchandise and collateral is stocked, ancillaries and consumables are replaced, and the general cleanliness and upkeep of the area.

Other key responsibilities include managing the stock of all brochures and flyers, keeping them updated as required across both Dalla Corte and Franke, and distributing merchandise in line with requirements.

You will also support the Sales team with tenders and presentations, ensuring all content is created in time and providing analytics when required.

Your tasks will also include general team administration and management, sourcing and analyzing competitor information, segment and market data, and prospect customer information, as well as preparing it to present to internal teams.

Key Requirements for this role include at least 1 year of marketing experience, industry experience being beneficial, and a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.

Self-motivation, ambition, and a desire to learn are essential for success in this position. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days' annual leave, a Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, EAP program, free car parking, and flexible working arrangements.
