Job Title: Artist Manager | Booking Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Booking Agent to join our team, representing our prestigious Luxury Showband. The Booking Agent will play a crucial role in securing and managing bookings for a 7-20 piece party anthem supergroup, as well as some unique live DJ groups. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, and a passion for delivering top-notch live music experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
Booking and Contract Management:
Identify and secure performance opportunities for the Luxury Showband at high-end events, weddings, corporate functions, and prestigious venues.

Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable arrangements for both parties.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of bookings, including logistics, timelines, and technical requirements.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding coordinators, and venue managers.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

Act as the primary point of contact between the showband and clients throughout the booking process.

Promotion and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Luxury Showband and increase its visibility in the luxury entertainment market.

Collaborate with the band's marketing team to create promotional materials, such as press releases, videos, and demos.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the band's client base.

Financial Management:
Manage the showband's financial transactions, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and ensuring timely settlement of fees.

Monitor budget and expenses related to bookings and marketing efforts.

Desired Work Experience:
Proven experience as a Booking Agent or Talent Agent in the entertainment industry, with a focus on live music acts.

Familiarity with the luxury entertainment sector and a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Track record of successfully securing bookings for live music acts, particularly showbands or similar ensembles.

Experience in contract negotiation and management.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales experience.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

A deep understanding of the music industry, including trends and market dynamics.

Proficiency in using booking and scheduling software/tools.

Marketing and promotional skills to effectively promote the showband.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience can be considered in place of formal education.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
