Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at ARC Group. As the key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing various office operations and supporting different departments with efficient coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update and manage matrix systems
  2. Coordinate training bookings, quotes, and onboarding for new companies
  3. Maintain personnel files with current certifications
  4. Liaise with NVQ bodies
  5. Manage CITB Levy and claim back funding
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
