**JOB TITLE **- Senior Health Care Assistant
**Location -Havant PO9**
**Salary - **£12.35 - 12.85 ( £13.85 Weekends)

**MAIN PURPOSE**
To contribute to and have responsibility for providing quality social and vocational care for users within a specified group of patients with Mental Health/ Brain injuries.
To lead, supervise and develop a team of support workers to ensure the needs of the service users are met according to their individual support plan in line with company policy and procedures and regulatory standards.
**The Role**
Are you a Senior Health Care Assistant with NVQ3?
Are you a strong leader that encourages learning?

Can you run smooth paperwork and check your colleagues work?
Can you contribute to the rehabilitation of the patients?
To support families and clients through the rehabilitation process.
