Endoscopy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endoscopy Team Lead to join our team at Spire Portsmouth Hospital. As a key member of our Endoscopy department, you will be responsible for providing clinical and managerial leadership to our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deputize for the Manager and Deputy, providing support and guidance as required.
- Maximize theatre utilization, Consultant compliance, and maintain clinical standards.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to all staff across the service.
- Act as a point of contact for advice and expertise relating to professional issues.
- Monitor and assist in the delivery of patient care.
- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
- Ensure effective systems are in place to manage stocks according to financial instructions.
- Registered Nurse or ODP with at least 5 theatre years' experience in Endoscopy.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity or recent senior role in a theatre setting for a minimum of 2 years.
- Endoscopy qualification advantageous, as is a Mentorship qualification or its equivalent.
