This is an excellent job for someone who loves to problem solve.

You will need to have an understanding on Reinsurance and Financial accounting. Be self-motivated, take accountability for progressing the overall workload and provide clear update of progress.

**A bit about the job**:
**This is a fixed term secondment up to end 2023.**

The Reinsurance Change Team Lead will be responsible for as small team who will be problem solving existing and current issues and will work as part of the Reinsurance Change Team. You will be required to deal with escalations, managing the team's caseload, priorities and provide regular reporting on progress as well as dealing with your own investigations.

The change team are accountable to improving existing processes and minimising risks to the business. They will be working on historical cases that go back several years to ensure the data is correct and brought up to date. This role has a set list of existing challenges around the process that needs to be resolved and you may find more on the way.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Understanding of Reinsurance
- Can confidently build and maintain effective business relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Comfortable working with large complex Excel documents
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
