Payments Change Lead

FTC: 24 months

**Salary**: £38,000 to £40,000

This is a great job for someone who has previous experience of Payments and Banking change and is excited by large scale transformation programs, perhaps you have worked on a merger, rebrand or a major system migration in the past. You may currently work in a change delivery role or would love to contribute to the transformation strategy of Aviva.

A bit about the job:
You will be working on major projects and seeing them through from requirements to delivery, this often involves a great deal of analysis, problem solving and cross team working. Our Change Delivery experts advise the business/programmes of how changes can be made and what the necessary requirements and risks involved. You will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to get the right outcomes for our customers and help us grow via management of a portfolio of change projects working with the Aviva Change Framework.

Day to day planning and risk management decisions need to be made in collaboration with project teams.

Working individually and as part of virtual teams across the business, being the representative for Payments & Banking facing out to the wider Aviva business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

- Payments and Banking experience, to have worked with and understand BACS, SEPA and Card Payments.
- You will have awareness, understanding and adherence to Risk/Control management.
- Good communication skills, including managing relationship with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience of either a major re-brand or policy migrations.
- You will have a thorough, no stone unturned eye for finding and recording key detail.

What you’ll get for this role:

- Annual salary between £38,000 to £40,000 (skills, experience, and qualifications)
