**Salary**: between £40,000 and £50,000
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with IT platforms and using data sources to deliver insight and propose changes to optimise business processes and our customer’s experience. You will be confident working in ambiguity, be passionate about stakeholder management and an engaging communicator.
A bit about the job:
The Motor Claims Change team is at the heart of making it click for our customers and key in delivering our strategy. We collaborate with colleagues across Motor Claims and beyond and use our skills to transform customer experience. Using data to drive focus on the right areas, we understand what matters to our customer and colleagues and how we can remove waste to transform our claims Service. We plan and deliver process improvement and identify opportunities for automation and digital adoption, whilst ensuring there is robust governance around all operational change.
You will be accountable for reviewing performance data, delivering insight and proposing changes to the motor claims end to end customer journey. You will work with stakeholders to agree metrics and provide market insight to keep us aligned with technology and trends. The role has an opportunity to lead a team of Change Consultants.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Ideally Motor Claims or Claims background, with experience working on projects or business/customer change- An analytical and technical mindset, confident working with data and IT platforms to present relevant information and propose changes- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Innovative thinker, capable of solving ambiguous and complex problems- Awareness of digital technology and trends
