In partnership with business leaders and the broader People Team, you will outline the comprehensive people change journey, which includes scoping, planning, consultation, implementation, embedding changes, and tracking benefits for initiatives such as organizational restructuring, design, mergers and acquisitions, TUPE, cultural transformation, and workforce evolution.

  • A growth mindset with the capability to navigate an unstructured environment, collaborating with stakeholders to define challenges and drive timely delivery.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of functioning independently as well as guiding others.
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred.

Benefits of the Role:

At Aviva, we are committed to investing in our colleagues, ensuring a fulfilling work experience.

  • Competitive salary up to £70,000 (National) / up to £80,000 (London), based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Bonus potential of 12% of annual salary, contingent on individual performance and company results.
  • Comprehensive pension scheme with contributions up to 14%, depending on employee input.
  • Generous leave policy offering 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell up to 5 additional days.
  • Discounts of up to 40% on Aviva products and various retailer offerings.
  • Opportunity to receive up to £1,200 in free Aviva shares annually through our Matching Share Plan and participate in our Save As You Earn scheme.
  • Supportive policies including parental and carer's leave.
  • Flexible benefits tailored to individual needs, including sustainability initiatives like cycle-to-work schemes.
  • Engage in community service through Aviva Communities with 3 paid volunteering days.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support and resources.

We embrace diversity and encourage applications from individuals with varied backgrounds and experiences.

If you feel excited about this opportunity but unsure if you meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply regardless of your background.
