Senior People Change Consultant - Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a Senior People Change Consultant on a Fixed Term Contract basis, tasked with driving strategic business results through effective People change across various initiatives within Aviva. Your expertise in change management, combined with your HR acumen, will be essential in delivering agile and impactful solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will offer specialized change consultancy support on behalf of senior People leaders, collaborating with executives to ensure that people change and transformation efforts are meticulously planned and executed to achieve strategic objectives.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic consultancy team, leading one or multiple people change projects, engaging with different areas of the organization on diverse activities. This may involve overseeing standalone projects or large-scale transformation initiatives.

In partnership with business leaders and the wider People Team, you will define the comprehensive people change process, which includes scoping, planning, consultation, implementation, embedding changes, and monitoring benefits for initiatives such as organizational restructuring, design, mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, and workforce evolution.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Change Management within the People/HR domain is essential, complemented by a broad understanding of HR functions.
  • Ability to adapt communication style, challenge perspectives, and positively influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • A growth mindset with the capability to navigate an unstructured environment, collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges and drive swift delivery.
  • Proficient in both independent contributions and leading teams, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
