About the Role

This is a senior-level HR position that involves overseeing HR operations across 18 sites in the East of England. The successful candidate will be a strong, proactive HR professional with demonstrated experience in managing a high-volume case load in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to our teams across the East of England, including on-site visits and remote support.

• Manage a high-volume case load, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a multi-site environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including employment law and HRIS systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
