**What will you do day to day?**
- Update and keep on top of the schedule
- Keeping track of supplier invoices and quotes
- Manage all Landlord and Tenant relationships
- Assisting with lease renewal and termination
- Liaise with external property managers and tenants and authorities including planning, local authorities, licensing etc.

**What about you? You will be**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eager for a new opportunity
