Property Administrator

Pembroke is now recruiting for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join its professional and likeable team in smart, modern offices in The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking genuine career progression within the Property Management sector.
**Job Role**
Your role will be to assist the property managers undertaking the co-ordination of minor repair and maintenance works. Your duties will include liaising with leaseholders, contractors, dealing with the administration of minor works such as obtaining quotes and instructing contractors, general administration duties, answering telephone calls, dealing with correspondence and updating records.
Provide regular updates and feedback to clients is a key feature of the role.
**Skills and experience**
- Excellent eye for detail, good customer service and IT skills.
- Professional telephone manner and appearance.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work under your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral).
**Benefits**
Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.
Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service).
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
