Office Administration Assistant

We are on the lookout for an administration assistant to assist our ever-growing team. We are based in central Tunbridge Wells, a stone's throw from the train station and local bus stops.
**L R Shelby has been operating since 2018 within property/construction spheres.**
Your role with us as an administration assistant includes (but is not limited to) helping the team with the below:
- Booking appointments
- Managing diaries for 30+ operatives
- Data entry
- Collating paperwork and ensuring all details are correct.
- Ordering and keeping a track of office stationery, supplies and uniform
Skills required:
- Great customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure if required
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate - specifically with Microsoft packages
Bonus qualities:
- Good sense of humour
- Interest in the property/construction sector
- Experience with Quickbooks
