We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator based in Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full-time, office based role supporting one partner and team.
**Experience/**
**qualifications**
- Driving License is essential.
- Computer literate with a typing speed of around 60 WPM with strong IT skills to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Be organised and approachable
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment
- Have accuracy and attention to detail
**Responsibilities**
Carrying out all aspects of administration duties to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office to include:
- Supporting a partner in all office administration.
- Answering the phone and responding to any queries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning/filing
- Diary management, arranging client and internal meetings
- Producing and dealing with client correspondence
- Monitoring office stationery and office supplies
