Office Administrator

Easybook Training are a Health & Safety booking agency which books training courses across the whole of the UK, we are looking for a quick thinking and proactive individual to join our fast-paced team here in central Tunbridge Wells.
The part-time role will be office based from Monday-Friday 9.30am - 3pm however the hours can be discussed at interview stage.
Salary £25,000 Pro Rata
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Updating training courses on our live website
- Ensuring that all legal documentation is in place for our training partners and adding new training partners to our internal system
- Liaising with training centres to confirm if delegates have attended and passed their training
- Scanning, filing and processing delegate certificates
- Dealing with queries and chasing outstanding certificates
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Overflow support for the sales team answering incoming calls
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- Strong attention to detail
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Flexible and proactive attitude
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
