Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage diaries for the Chief Executive and Directors, ensuring smooth operations.
• Arrange complex communications, serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
• Draft and disseminate agendas for meetings, taking accurate minutes.
• Support the Executive team in preparing reports and other documents.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant/office manager.
• Executive Assistant Diploma or extensive equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Salary and Benefits:
