Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and attention to detail? My client is seeking a motivated Tender Coordinator to support our dynamic Tender Team. In this role, you will have the chance to remotely manage flexible working styles while assisting in commercial tenders and organizational compliance.

As a Tender Coordinator, you will work closely with the Tender Manager to handle administrative tasks for commercial tender submissions and coordinate company information requests from members. You will play a vital role in identifying new opportunities, monitoring tender progress, and maintaining up-to-date tender directories. Additionally, you will support internal stakeholders by responding to information requests and ensuring timely communication.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong collaborative IT skills, including managing portal access platforms for tenders and compliance information requests.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Attention to detail, with the capability to refine documentation and ensure consistent submission quality.
