Job Title: Building Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Operations Administrator to join our team at CV Library. In this full-time permanent role, you will be responsible for managing and processing construction-related paperwork and documentation, coordinating and administering contracts, tenders, and other projects.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in the construction industry. They should be knowledgeable about materials, pricing, and invoicing procedures. This position involves working standard office hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is approximately £24,000 per annum, based on a 37-hour week, or around £12.25 per hour.

Candidates must provide satisfactory references and undergo a valid Enhanced DBS check to be considered for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process construction-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer contracts, tenders, and other projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
