About the Role

This senior leadership role involves managing relationships with Kerry Central and customers, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards across all operations. As a key member of our quality team, you will ensure compliance with regulatory policies, product specifications, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science or quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust through effective leadership. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Systems team to achieve high performance, focusing on problem-solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and align quality systems with Kerry Group/GQMS, Regulatory, Customer, and 3rd Party Standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to improve standards using Root Cause Analysis tools like 5 Whys and 8-Step Problem Solving.
  • Report Quality KPIs, identify performance gaps, and work on improvement strategies with stakeholders.
