We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our branch in the Tenbury Wells area. With our continued growth, this role will play a crucial part in developing relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.

Job Summary

This is a highly competitive base salary opportunity with a car or car allowance, private medical insurance, pension scheme, flexible working, and industry-leading training through the Rubix Academy.

Key responsibilities include developing stores management services and processes with customer site teams, as well as commercially orientated work involving engineering managers, procurement managers, and facilities managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment in an operational or commercial role, preferably with a background in industrial B2B selling or procurement/buying experience in heavy industry.
