In this exciting role the Operations Administrator will be reporting to the Head of Department, the Department Administrator will support senior colleagues in either Commercial, Construction & Technical management duties. This role will be based at our Tunbridge Wells office, Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:15pm - with an early finish at 16:00 on Fridays

**What you will do**:

- Reporting to the Operations Director the Operations Administrator will support senior colleagues in commercial, construction & technical.
- File management which includes manual and electronic.
- Reconcile Operation Directors credit card statements.
- Carry out administrative duties for the Commercial Team such as collate, issue and track Sub-Contractor contracts, file and send payment notifications.
- Update weekly Build & Construction reports on COINS (training to be provided).
- Uploading and ensuring Technical drawings are issued to correct personnel on Doc Hosting system, including auditing on a regular basis.
- Assist Site Managers with updating building completion certificates and tracking
- Preferable Experience in a property secretarial environment with good organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office/ Word/Excel/Outlook is essential.
- A calm disposition with the ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communications skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a property secretarial environment
- Experience in using COINS or an equivalent
- Previous use of Bluebeam programme is desired but not essential.
- Document Controller experience

**Essential**:

- Strong organisation; customer service; problem solving; microsoft 365; diary management and workload prioritisation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
