About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Medical Secretary in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a temporary member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to three Clinical Directors and contribute to the smooth operation of the medical department.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Clinical Directors with administrative tasks, including policy review and meeting coordination.
  • Draft high-quality documents, such as minutes and reports, as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues via email and letter correspondence.
  • Coordinated schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector.
  • Exceptional minute-taking and note-drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
