Outpatient Booking Team Supervisor

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and bookings
  • Develop and implement efficient booking systems to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and medical staff
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion
