Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is £14 - £16 per hour, with a flexible working arrangement that includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries and respond promptly or delegate to relevant departments as needed.
  • Handle tender processes, including document preparation and online submission.
  • Arrange travel, including booking trains, flights, and accommodations for staff members.
  • Provide diary management support, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the office on the 3 days it is manned.
  • Maintain office supplies and collaborate with vendors as necessary.
  • Organize and conduct induction sessions for new employees.
  • Coordinate ongoing training sessions for staff.
  • Support the team in a hybrid working environment, ensuring seamless communication.
Person Specification:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions is desirable.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial for success in this role.
