Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing incoming email queries and ensuring prompt responses or delegation to relevant departments.
- You will also handle tender processes, including document preparation and online submission, arrange travel for staff, and provide diary management support.
- Your duties will include overseeing the smooth running of the office on the 3 days it is manned, maintaining office supplies, and liaising with vendors as needed.
- You will be responsible for organizing and conducting induction sessions for new employees, coordinating ongoing training sessions for staff, and supporting the team in a hybrid working environment.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office management or similar experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Salary: £14 - £16ph
