Working as a Project Coordinator for this exceptionally regarded Tunbridge Wells based company you will be responsible for a varied and diverse range of tasks that will require a steady, methodical hand to ensure the planning and scheduling of projects areexecuted with accuracy and to time.
Experience as a project coordinator, or of project management, is a bonus but not essential.
YOU and your ability to plan, process and pre-empt any eventuality is what is of the utmost importance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling labour resources
- Coordinating with internal team
- Ensuring goods are ordered and ready
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and customers
- Liaison with internal staff members to ensure invoices for scheduled works are raised and paid prior to works being undertaken
- Requesting submission of certificates upon job completion
- Excellent administration skills
- Good telephone manner
The ability to collaborate within a team and to proactively work independently is also essential. As is the capability to remain flexible - thinking on your feet on a moments notice when unexpected changes arise. Ready to get started?

**Salary**: £18,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Hours: 8AM - 5PM
