**Salary**: GBP22,950 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, office based
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Responsibilities of the Administrator:

- Providing administrative support to manager including the collation of information and data into predetermined report formats
- Collect, collate and analyse cost and time data for presentation to the commercial department
- Collect, collate and analyse data to compare to KPI metrics
- Liaison with Client representatives and stakeholders to share information and ensure availability of third party information relevant to service delivery
- Liaison with the client to ensure all relevant databases are up to date.
- A clear commitment to a customer-centered service and continuous improvement.
- Draft and issue team communications as directed by the manager
- Arrange team meetings, minute and proactively manage action logs
- Manage team administration including collation and recording of holiday requests, timesheet completion and other ancillary requirements
- Assist with the collation of supplies and material information from our approved suppliers and record cost data appropriately.
- Composing and sending routine correspondence
- Co-coordinating and managing the diary of the manager if required.
- Organising itineraries and other bookings.
- Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases
- Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems.
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning and photocopying.
- Ensure consistent and pro-active approach to role at all times, carrying out other duties as may be required from time to time in order to maintain an efficient operation of all aspects relating to the needs of the team (additional training will be providedas required)
- Additional projects as required
Requirements of the Administrator:

- Relevant experience of an administrative role
- Experience of maintaining records and databases
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work as part of a team and accept responsibility for defined areas of work
