Techniche Global are working with a leading engineering firm who are seeking an experienced Project Administrator.
The role will be based onsite in Tunbridge Wells.
You will be responsible for administration support covering a large variety of tasks and responsibilities in the day to day operational activity of the Engineering teams, by maintaining effective management of the projects within the ERP system (IFS).
Main duties:
Operation and maintaining of in-house ERP system:

- Purchase order collection and inputting;
- Works order creation and maintenance;
- Invoice creation and submission;
- Progressing of purchased materials, parts and services including delivery times and despatching;
General administration:

- Assisting with the maintenance of the works schedules and planning of resource allocation;
- Maintenance of the network filing system;
- Maintaining the holiday and sickness planner in support of resource planning;
- Help maintain the ERP systems to ensure historic records and information remain available to the engineering teams in pursuit of the DASS business goals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the DASS management team.
Job Requirements:

- Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
- Previous knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. SAP / IFS / MS Dynamics) would be an advantage
- Engineering, or manufacturing administrator experience.
- Excellent communication skills
