Job Description: Property Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Property Operations Specialist to join our property management team at Pertemps Worcester. The successful candidate will have experience in property management or a similar role and will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, overseeing maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs swiftly.
  • Oversee lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle rent payments, including collection and reconciliation, and maintain accurate property reports, budgets, and financial records.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure all properties are compliant with property laws and regulations through regular safety checks and updates.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of property management practices and relevant laws.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Compensation Package:
  • $48,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Free lunch daily on site.
  • Flexible working hours - if office cover is maintained.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • No weekend work - standard Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Additional incentives rewarding high performance.
