Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Malvern Wells, Worcestershire

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (flexible)

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 (depending on experience)

This role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in property management who can oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and compliance with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations for assigned properties, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs swiftly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Oversight of lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, while ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle rent payments, including collection and reconciliation, and maintain accurate property reports, budgets, and financial records.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to coordinate timely services.
