About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the school premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities management or a related field and be able to work closely with staff to assist the running of the school on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly, coordinating and managing contractors for repairs and renovations as necessary, and managing inventory and supplies related to premises maintenance.

In addition, the successful candidate will ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and emergency procedures.
