Apprenticeship Training Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Training Co-ordinator in Maidstone. This role will provide support to training managers, coordinate venues, liaise with facilities, and manage internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting Training Managers: Provide assistance to training managers in organizing leadership and performance training.
  2. Venue Coordination: Coordinate venues, liaison with facilities, and manage internal communication to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives.
  3. Data Management: Handle data entry, scheduling, and GDPR-related queries efficiently.
  4. Firm Soft Skills Training: Assist with firm soft skills training and Future Talent programmes, including trainee recruitment and mentoring.
  5. Logistics Management: Support external training events and manage logistics for training programs.
  6. Talent Development Collaboration: Collaborate with Talent Development to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role.
