**Job Description**

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital trust in the south-east of England, providing a full range of general hospital services and some aspects of specialist and complex care to around 600,000 people living in west Kent and East Sussex.

We are seeking a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating clinical scheduling activities, managing rota systems, and ensuring effective communication between teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing rota systems to meet operational needs
  • Coordinating leave and absence management for clinical staff
  • Providing support to line managers and supervisors in scheduling and staffing activities

**Estimated Salary**: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
