About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Learning Coordinator to join our team in Maidstone. This full-time, 12-month FTC role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. SUPPORTING MANAGERS IN PLANNING AND EXECUTING TRAINING PROGRAMS AND PERFORMANCE INITIATIVES
  2. MANAGING DATA ENTRY, HANDLING COMPLIANCE-RELATED QUERIES, SCHEDULING MEETINGS, AND COORDINATING EVENTS
  3. COLLABORATING WITH TEAMS TO OVERSEE COMPANY-WIDE TRAINING INITIATIVES, INCLUDING RECRUITMENT AND MENTORING PROGRAMS
  4. COORDINATING TRAINING PROGRAMS, PREPARING MATERIALS, MANAGING SYSTEMS, AND LIAISING WITH STAKEHOLDERS
Requirements:

A strong understanding of organizational learning principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required for this role.
