Learning Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, adapting to the diverse needs of our students.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, providing individualized support and guidance.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among all members of the community.
Requirements:
- Hold relevant qualifications or experience in education (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred).
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Showcase ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
With a competitive salary of £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, this role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
