SEN Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and caring individual to support the educational and personal growth of our students with special needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students and be able to implement individualized education plans to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist SEN students in classroom activities under the direction of the lead teacher, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement and monitor progress of individualized education plans, utilizing a range of strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students with special needs.
- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, demonstrating a solid foundation in special education principles and practices.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs, showcasing ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
