Reception SEN Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Primary Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with SEN pupils and be able to implement effective intervention strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- To work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- To assist the teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- To provide support to the pupil in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with Down Syndrome and Autism.
- Proven ability to work effectively with young children, particularly in Reception.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Our school offers a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff members.
