Job Title: Front of House Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the seamless administration of our reception.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and suppliers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming reception and waiting area at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Proficiency in using various office and practice management software applications.
