Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dental practice team in Wells. As an integral part of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm welcome and positive first impression
  • Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records with precision and attention to detail
  • Coordinate care packages and communicate effectively with clinicians and patients
  • Promote Bupa Dental Care products and services, utilizing excellent communication skills to engage patients
  • Provide top-notch customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining a well-organized and efficient practice environment
  • Process payments and maintain confidentiality while accessing sensitive information

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with positivity and professionalism
  • Previous administration or reception experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with overall strong organizational skills
  • Experience promoting company products and services
  • Preferred Dentally experience

Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
