Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Primary SEN Assistant to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social growth of a Reception pupil with Down Syndrome and Autism. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized plans, both in and outside the classroom, to support the child's development.

Key Responsibilities
• Work under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo to develop and implement individualized plans for the pupil
• Implement intervention strategies, both in and outside the classroom, to support the child's academic and social growth
• Collaborate with the child, parents, and teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes

What We Offer
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities, to help you succeed in your role.
