Dedicated SEN Assistants Required

Key Responsibilities:
* Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis, following the guidance of the Class Teacher* Collaborate with other SEN Teaching Assistants to ensure effective teamwork and communication* Participate in therapy sessions to meet the children's Education Health and Care Plans* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues* Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting students with special educational needs in mainstream or special needs settings* Strong personal attributes of compassion, empathy, and resilience* Effective communication and teamwork skills* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment* Enhanced DBS clearance* Commitment to providing high-quality support to students with additional needs
Salary: £85-£100 per day dependant on experience
