About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your customer service and administration skills within a forward-thinking company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Process orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate the dispatch of orders to meet customer deadlines
• Handle customer queries via phone and email to provide exceptional service
• Process sales data and general data entry to maintain up-to-date records
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Basic computer skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

What We Offer
This full-time maternity cover role offers a competitive salary of £23,700 per annum, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, onsite parking, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team.
